We deliver gifts to most addresses in the United Kingdom. Shipping fees are included in the price for all gifts except gift baskets destined for Northern Ireland, which incur an additional per-item shipping fee. Jewelry and Flowers include the shipping cost for Northern Ireland – there is no additional fee for these gifts.

Our gift baskets and hampers are shipped from a Dorset warehouse using reputable delivery companies like DHL, FedEx, or similar. These shipments include a tracking number, and as a customer, you will receive an email notification upon delivery.

Flower orders originate from a greenhouse in the Channel Islands and are shipped via Royal Mail. Please note that tracking is not available for these shipments, so delivery is assumed.

For jewelry orders, they are shipped from Canada via Canada Post, and tracking is included. You will receive a notification once your jewelry package has arrived.

Ordering is easy! You can order online by simply browsing our selection, choosing your desired gift, and adding it to your cart. Then, follow the checkout process, where you’ll provide your billing details, the delivery details, and then make your payment.

You can also order over the phone by calling 1-866-926-9100 or 1-519-319-1199, or you can send a completed order form in the mail to PO BOX 1693, Exeter ON, N0M 1S0.

After placing an order, whether online or by phone, the typical delivery time to the recipient’s location is 48 hours.

You have the flexibility to choose your preferred delivery date, available from Monday to Saturday for most items, and from Tuesday to Saturday for fresh items. Please note that Saturday delivery carries an additional fee of $10.

Additionally, you can order your gifts in advance and schedule them for delivery on any date of your choice.

We will do our best to send your gifts on the date you select. Note on the product page for any specificities for gifts containing fresh foods as there are specific dates for when gifts are available to be delivered. Please note that ordering early is great as it reserves your stock, however, it does not guarantee your delivery date.

There are no additional charges for shipping, handling, taxes or duties, with the exception of additional shipping for gift basket orders going to Northern Ireland.

Absolutely! During the checkout process, there’s a field for a Gift Message to include a personalized message with your gift. This adds a personal touch to your present and let’s the recipient know who it’s from.
